We are seeking
a mid-level Project Manager to oversee and deliver key projects in the life sciences domain. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong client-facing skills, be highly organised, and have a deep understanding of project management processes

In this role, you will:

  • Facilitate the project scoping process, create detailed project plans, and ensure alignment with client expectations;
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, leading weekly and biweekly meetings;
  • Manage cross-functional teams, overseeing resource allocation and performance reviews;
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure project continuity;
  • Maintain and update the project plans, ensuring accurate documentation and confidentiality;
  • Track progress on epics, tasks, and KPIs, ensuring timely and quality project delivery;
  • Coordinate all internal and external communications, managing client relationships and administrative tasks.

We would like you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, IT, or related field;
  • 4+ years of project management experience, ideally within life sciences or professional services
  • experience with life science projects;
  • proven experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams;
  • strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum);
  • familiarity with platforms like Confluence, Jira, or similar tools;
  • excellent communication and organisational skills;
  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities;
  • excellent English communication (verbal and written).
